Just International Group Ltd（「JIG」、「本公司」、「我們」）是根據香港法例成立的有限公司，持有由香港公司註冊處發出的信託或公司服務提供者（TCSP）牌照，牌照編號 TC010025，受《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第615章）（「AMLO」）規管。 Just International Group Ltd ("JIG", "the Company", "we", "us") is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, holding a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence no. TC010025 issued by the Hong Kong Companies Registry, regulated under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) ("AMLO").

4. 反洗錢法規下的個人資料收集聲明（PICS）4. AMLO Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)
根據《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第615章），JIG 作為持牌 TCSP，有法定責任對所有客戶進行客戶盡職審查（CDD）。此為法律規定，並非可選項。Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615), JIG as a licensed TCSP is legally required to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on all clients. This is a statutory obligation, not optional.
在建立業務關係前或過程中，我們可能須收集以下資料：Before or during the establishment of a business relationship, we may be required to collect:
- 身份識別資料（護照、香港身份證或其他官方身份證明文件）Identity documents (passport, HKID or other official identification)
- 地址證明Proof of address
- 最終受益人資料Beneficial ownership information
- 業務性質及資金來源Nature of business and source of funds

資料可能披露的對象Possible Disclosure of Data
根據 AMLO 第76C及76D條及其他適用法例，客戶資料在必要時可能須披露予：Pursuant to sections 76C and 76D of AMLO and other applicable ordinances, client data may be disclosed to:
- 香港公司註冊處（TCSP 監管機構）Hong Kong Companies Registry (TCSP regulatory authority)
- 聯合財富情報組（JFIU）及執法機關Joint Financial Intelligence Unit (JFIU) and law enforcement authorities
- 其他根據法律授權的政府部門或監管機構Other government departments or regulators as authorised by law
提供所需個人資料屬強制性要求。如未能提供所需資料，本公司可能無法建立或維持業務關係。Provision of the required personal data is mandatory. Failure to provide the required data may result in our inability to establish or maintain a business relationship.
